Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the watch in its original presentation box with all protective films, tags, and warranty cards included to ensure eligibility for a refund.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, securely attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the timepiece, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
